Invite Newton and Friends to your Next Birthday Party

Click to play

Newton and his friends would love to attend your birthday party. They tell stories, sing songs, and can even let you be part of the show.

You Bring the Guests, We Bring the Fun!

Our parties are flexible and tailored to the children's ages and energy levels. Typically there is an hour long performance. Half of that time being puppet story time and the other half is puppet play time. These can be improvised sessions of the puppets and children interacting with each other or even the kids playing with the puppets and putting on their own show.

To start the party planning process, fill out the form below and we will get in touch with you to discuss available dates and details.

Leigh Baltzer and Friends

"I truly believe the most special day in a person's life is their birthday. It's your special day. A day of celebrating just you. No one is you. Honor your special-ness. And Newton loves to be part of that."

Leigh Baltzer

I offer Puppet Story Times at libraries, schools, and preschools as bringing Newton and friends to live and online birthday parties where puppets read stories & sing songs with the kids. I also perform original shows (in person) which focus on themes of courage, persistence, friendship and bullying.

The core of my work's passion is to inspire a child's sense of wonder. In this day and age of parents' "Struggle Against Screen Time" and their "Battle Against Electronics," I feel so fortunate to be able to interact with children "face to face.” And during this time of COVID-19, I feel even more fortunate to have access to the technology that enables me to interact with children in an online environment.

No matter the platform - in person or online - I am honored to be part of the spark that ignites their imaginations as they begin to discover who they are at the center of their being.
